Dr. Spero J. Kinnas, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Spero J. Kinnas, M.D., F.A.C.S. is the founder of the Westchester Eye Center. A board certified eye physician and surgeon, he is a member of several professional medical societies, including the American College of Surgeons (Fellow) and the Hellenic Medical Society of Chicago (Past President). In 1998 Dr. Kinnas received the LEO Award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology in honor of his pursuit of continuing education in ophthalmology.

Dr. Kinnas received his medical doctorate from the University of Athens in 1981 and then completed his post-graduate training in ophthalmology at Saint Louis University. He is on the academic faculty of the University of Illinois Eye & Ear Infirmary since 1997.

Dr. Andriani Siavelis, O.D.

Andriani Siavelis, O.D. specializes in low vision, specialty contact fittings for corneal disorders including irregular high astigmatism and keratoconus, and general eye care. She is a member of the Low Vision Society and the Prevention of Blindness Society.

Dr. Siavelis received her optometry doctorate from Illinois College of Optometry in 1994 after earning a B.S. from Loyola University of Chicago. She completed her residency certification in low vision and hospital-based optometry at the West-Side V.A. Hospital, where she was an attending optometrist for 7 years.
